The Influence Of Canopy Shape And Population On Seed Resistance To Field Weathering In Three Soybean Cultivars
Abstract: Viability of seed of cv. Galunggung was lower than those of cv. Orba and cv. Ringgit, except of those harvested at physiological maturity stage and tested using seedling growth rate (BKMF). The highest value of this parameter originated from the plant with "I" canopy treatment was produced from 800,000 plants/ha in cv. Orba, 400.000 plants/ha in cv. Galunggung, and 300,000 plants/ha in cv. Ringgit, respectively. Seed of cv. Galunggung was more susceptible to field weathering than those of cv. Orha and cv. Ringgit.
